Refund Policy

1. General

This policy governs refunds for SEO Writer (ai-seowriter.ru) subscriptions, provided by sole proprietor Kolomiets Bogdan Nikolaevich (TIN 246525710468).

2. Digital services and refund rights

SEO Writer provides digital services (SEO article generation and publishing), access to which opens immediately upon payment. Under applicable law, refunds for digital services whose execution has begun with the consumer's consent are generally not available.

3. When refunds are possible

We consider refunds in the following cases:

• →Technical inability to use the service due to SEO Writer's fault (outage lasting more than 72 hours without notice)
• →Double charge (payment system error)
• →Charge for a plan that was not activated

4. How to request a refund

To submit a refund request:

• →Email support@ai-seowriter.ru with subject line 'Refund Request'
• →Include your account email, payment date and amount
• →Describe the reason for the request

5. Review timeline

Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. If approved, funds are returned to the original card/account within 7 business days depending on the payment provider.

6. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time in the Billing section of your account. Access to the service remains until the end of the paid period. Refunds for unused days of the current period upon self-cancellation are not provided.
