Which plans include the Search tab?
Starter, Pro and Agency. On the free plan and during the trial the tab shows what it offers, and the data opens once you move to a paid plan.
What access to Yandex does the service get?
The service reads statistics and page status of your sites in Webmaster. Its only action is sending new articles to recrawl, which you can turn off. Your Yandex password is never shared; when you disconnect, access is revoked in Yandex too and the statistics are deleted.
Why is the data delayed?
Yandex returns statistics with a delay of a few days. So the date the data is ready through is always shown — instead of zeros for days Yandex hasn't counted yet.
Do the numbers match Yandex Webmaster?
Yes: the data comes straight from Webmaster. Before launch we checked site and article totals against Yandex data — they matched exactly.
What if my site isn't found?
It means the site isn't in the connected Yandex account or your rights to it aren't verified. Connect the account that has it or add the site to Webmaster — then click “Check again”.
