Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation
Since subscriptions do not auto-renew, there is nothing to "cancel." Your subscription expires at the end of the 30-day period and reverts to the Free plan automatically.
After Expiry
When your paid plan expires:
- You stay on the Free plan (3 articles/month)
- Your sites, keywords, and generated articles remain in your account
- Articles published to your site stay there regardless of subscription status
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if no articles have been generated on the paid plan.
How to Request a Refund
- Go to Support in the sidebar
- Select Billing & pricing question as the subject
- Describe your situation and include the payment date
- Send the message
Refunds are processed via YooKassa within 3–5 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
- More than 7 days have passed since payment
- Articles have been generated on the paid plan
