Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation

Since subscriptions do not auto-renew, there is nothing to "cancel." Your subscription expires at the end of the 30-day period and reverts to the Free plan automatically.

After Expiry

When your paid plan expires:

  • You stay on the Free plan (3 articles/month)
  • Your sites, keywords, and generated articles remain in your account
  • Articles published to your site stay there regardless of subscription status

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if no articles have been generated on the paid plan.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to Support in the sidebar
  2. Select Billing & pricing question as the subject
  3. Describe your situation and include the payment date
  4. Send the message

Refunds are processed via YooKassa within 3–5 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • More than 7 days have passed since payment
  • Articles have been generated on the paid plan
