Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, at any time, up or down. Paying for the same plan extends its term. When you switch, the new plan is paid in full, and the unused remainder of the old one is converted into money at the price you paid for it and added to the new plan as days. Before paying, your account shows the date the plan will run until and how many articles you will have left this month.
What happens if I exceed the limit?
Article generation pauses. You have three ways to continue: wait for the limit to renew (30 days after payment on a paid plan, the 1st of the month on the free plan), upgrade to a higher plan, or buy an article pack — it is credited instantly.
Do I need my own API keys?
No, system keys are included in every plan. You can add your own keys for more control.
How do I cancel my subscription?
There is nothing to cancel: there is no auto-renewal, every payment is one-off. Access lasts until the end of the paid term, then the account moves to the free plan; your articles and sites stay.
What if I run out of articles before the month ends?
Buy an article pack in your account: from 5 to 50 articles, credited instantly. Packs never expire — they are spent after the monthly quota and roll over. If you run short every month, a higher plan is cheaper per article.
How much do “Write a section” and “Improve the article” cost?
“Write a section” is free within your plan: 30 sections a month on Starter, 100 on Pro, 300 on Agency and 3 on the free trial. If the model did not answer or the service failed, the attempt does not count. “Improve the article” costs one article from your plan; if the improvement fails or there is nothing to change, the article goes back to your balance. Editing the text and restoring earlier versions are free on every plan.
How much does one article cost?
About ₽86 per article on Starter (₽61 with annual billing), ₽60 on Pro (₽43) and ₽67 on Agency (₽47). Article packs on top of a plan cost ₽60–118 per article. A longread uses 6 articles of the limit. The price covers writing, images, markup and publishing to your site.
