What Is Approval Mode

In agency mode, client articles can go through mandatory approval before publishing. This lets you control quality and prevent accidental posts on client sites.

Enabling Approval

Approval mode is enabled per site, not in agency-wide settings:

1. Go to Sites → [Client's site] → Settings → Auto-publishing
2. Enable Require agency approval
3. Save settings

Approval Process

After generation, the article waits for approval instead of auto-publishing. You see it in Agency → Approvals.

• Publish — article is immediately published to the client's CMS
• Reject — article is marked as error, can be regenerated

Bulk Approval

Select multiple articles with checkboxes and click Approve selected — useful for processing a weekly batch.

Notifications

Enable email notifications for client articles in Agency → Settings to receive an email each time an article is ready for approval.
