Generation Statuses
Each article in AI SEO Writer moves through several statuses during creation and publishing.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Queued | Article is in the Celery queue, waiting for a free worker |
| Generating | Pipeline is running, content is being created (progress bar visible) |
| Pending Approval | Article is ready but the site has agency approval mode enabled — publication is paused until a manager approves or rejects it |
| Done | Article was successfully generated and published (or saved as draft) in the CMS |
| Failed | Something went wrong — click Retry or check the generation logs |
CMS Status
Published articles also have a CMS status:
- Draft — article is saved in the CMS but not visible to visitors
- Published — article is live on the site
Switch the CMS status from the article page using the CMS Status toggle — no regeneration needed.
Republishing
For an article with Done status, you can republish or update the CMS:
- Open the article page
- Click Republish
- Only 4 publish steps run (no content regeneration). Takes ~30 seconds.
